Quick Start Guide

1. Create an Account

Visit the subscription portal to create your account. You'll need an email address and name.

2. Subscribe

Choose the monthly plan ($29.95/month) and complete the checkout process through Stripe. Use code "BetaDiscount" for 75% off (first 50 customers only). Your subscription will activate immediately after payment.

3. Download and Install

Download the complete package (desktop app + extension) from your dashboard. Install both the desktop application and Chrome extension, then sign in with your account.

4. Start Printing

Once installed and connected, your prints will be processed automatically as orders come in on Whatnot.com. No additional configuration needed!

Troubleshooting

Printer Not Printing?

If the printer doesn't print initially:

  1. Turn the printer off
  2. Unplug it from power
  3. Wait a few seconds
  4. Plug it back in and turn it on

If printing still doesn't work: Use the manual print button in the desktop application to print labels manually.

Extension Missing Prints?

If the extension is missing a lot of prints:

  1. First: Reload the browser (refresh the Whatnot.com page)
  2. If it continues: Clean up and reset the browser
  3. Then: Reload the extension

This usually resolves connection issues between the extension and the desktop application.

General Tips

  • Make sure the desktop application is running before using the extension
  • Ensure you're signed in to the desktop application
  • Check that the printer is powered on and has labels loaded
  • For best results, use 30x20mm labels (Phomemo printers recommended for easiest setup)
  • Keep both the desktop app and browser extension updated
